This designer home features an excellent location on a quiet street, four blocks to the main street and six to the beach. The property is walled-in and consists of a two bedroom, two bathroom, main house and two adjacent self-sufficient efficiency apartments with private bathrooms and independent street entry. An interior walkway connects the apartments to the rest of the property.

New construction with high ceilings and an eclectic mixture of modern and rustic styles. It is secure and fully air-conditioned. There is a large and completely private pool next to a thatch-roofed slate rock terrace and gas barbecue grill. An interior walkway connects the apartments to the rest of the property.

The main house (sleeps seven) has king and queen bedrooms with private bathrooms and are open to the pool area. The master bedroom has a TV. The living room has a twin sofa bed and a loft with two twin beds. The loft is meant mostly for kids.

The living room also has comfortable couches and seats 11 people around a TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, and internet connection. The main house kitchen is ample and well equipped.

Each of the two apartments sleeps four in one double bed and two twin beds or sofa beds. Each has TV, a small kitchen, private bathroom, and safe deposit box.

Rates shown in table below are for the full house. Property may be rented in segments to accommodate smaller groups during low and high season only.
