Sofia's a Latin-fusion cuisine plays on Costa Rican staples like plantain, squash and cassava incorporating them in creative dishes like the Provolone cheese stuffed cassava croquettes served with caramelized onions and a selection of: chipotle sour cream and mango mayo dipping sauces. Stopping by is worth it for the cocktails alone, great prices ($5-$7) for inspired cocktails including the refreshing mango ginger mojito made with macerated mint, fresh lime juice, rum and splash of ginger syrup.
