Ingredients

  • 1 lb tapa de dulce

  • 3 cups water


Directions

Boil tapa de dulce in a saucepan with three cups water over medium high heat for 15 minutes until dissolved and the liquid thickens. Stir occasionally. Skim foam. Pour honey into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for future use.
