Thick, syrupy and caramelized, this is perfect for spreading on bread or over thin wafers.
1 medium size can of sweetened condensed milk
Water
Place the condensed milk can in a deep saucepan. Add water until water level is 1 inch above the can. Boil water for two and a half hours. Take the can out of the water and let it cool. Open the can. Spread the caramelized, condensed milk on bread or wafers.
