Occupancy Costs
In order to acquire the Free Trade Zone benefits, companies are required to pay a monthly membership fee to the Free Trade Zone board. The fee may be waived at the Free Trade Zone board's own discretion. Fees apply for export/re-export companies, companies that manage operations of dockyards, shipyards and floating or dry docks.

Monthly Rent Range: $1,000.00 U.S. - $10,000.00 U.S.
Security Deposit Range: $5,625.00 U.S. - $22,900.00 U.S.
Annual Rent Increase: 7%
Minimum Lease Term: 3 years
Maintenance Fees:
Each independently owned Free Trade Zone charges a maintenance fee depending on the Free Trade Zone monthly rent, service fee and monthly fees. All fees are based on a per sq. foot usage.
