Monteverde Cloud Forest Train

Replica 19th century steam engines roll through the misty cloud forest taking guests along 4 miles of track through Monteverde's primary and secondary rainforest. Embossed with gold trim, a red frame and a funnel-shaped black smokestack, the engine chugs through the forest at speeds of about 5 miles per hour. Behind the engine, a string of passenger cars accommodates groups, families, children, elderly and disabled people
