General Manager – Robert Rembis
Mr. Rembis is the General Manager of Galeria Conchal. Mr. Rembis oversees all phases of architecture, construction, sales, marketing, and permits. From 1989 to 2002 Mr. Rembis was the CEO & President of a design and construction firm for commercial interior/exterior environments, buildings and corporate campuses, including commercial retail and malls. The business was headquartered in San Diego, California with offices in San Francisco, Portland and Tulsa. The list of clients included Walt Disney, Toshiba, MGM, Warner Bothers and Cisco Systems. Mr. Rembis has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture & Industrial Engineering from the University of Bridgeport (cum laude, top 5% of the class).


Director of Sales – Silvana Batalla 
Silvana Batalla was responsible for 90% of the sales and leases in the Solarium (commercial / logistics center) project located in Liberia, Guanacaste. Silvana has a degree in marketing from the University of Costa Rica. Silvana oversee sales, including the inside marketing group for Galeria Conchal.


Senior Sales Executive – Sandra Batalla
Sandra brings fifteen-years of commercial real estate experience to the Galeria Conchal team. Sandra oversees inside sales and has a degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.


Director of Client Relations – Roberto Elizondo
Roberto has worked on numerous commercial projects and inside sales for over ten years. Responsibilities include reservations, sales and leasing of clientele. Roberto has a degree in marketing from the University of Costa Rica.


Project Manager (Guanacaste office) – Alberto Fuentes Ramirez
Alberto oversees production on job-site and manages all aspects of fabrication including interior architecture and client needs. Alberto resides in Guanacaste full-time and works directly with Bryan Henninger to ensure timelines and quality control. Alberto brings ten-years of commercial construction to the Galeria Conchal project.


Director of Project Management – Bryan Henninger
Bryan Henninger was the head of production for InterConstruct a commercial design and fabrication consulting company headquartered in San Jose, Costa Rica. Bryan brings 9 years of project management and construction scheduling to the team. Bryan is responsible for timelines, construction budgets and client special needs. Bryan has a degree in Business Management from Susquehanna University.


Chief Financial Officer – Dennis Mora
Dennis Mora was the Corporate Credit Officer of Improsa Bank. Dennis brings to the project more then 15 years of experience in finance and corporate banking. Dennis has degree in Business Administration & Finance from the UACA - Fidelitas University.


Architectural Group – Ossenbach Pendones & Bonilla
Ossenbach Pendones & Bonilla (OPB) are the premier designers of commercial malls in Latin America and are fully responsible for the design, engineering and supervision of the project. OPB was responsible for the design, engineering and project management of the three other commercial mall projects in the San Jose region of Costa Rica. The mall projects include Terra Mall (60,000 m2) Multi Plaza Escazu (23,000 m2) and Multi Plaza East (32,000 m2). The architectural firm brings over thirty years of experience to the project. Construction Group – Constructora Tabor Reimers S.A.
Constructora Tabor Reimers S.A. (CTR) has been chosen for construction and has a reputation for being one of the most reputable construction companies in Costa Rica. Constructora Tabor Reimers S.A. (CTR) is known for quality and accountability for meeting time schedules. The list of clientele of the company includes Paseo de las Flores, Real Cariari, Plaza del Rio, Garden Plaza, Banco Interfin, Allegro Papagayo, Club Cariari, Residencia Santa Ana, and Planta Pujol Marti.
