The high-end commercial center is located strategically in the town of Huacas, known to be the hub of the Northern beach communities The project will be constructed on a 26,192 m2 piece of land, and will consist of an integrated commercial center occupying 23,232 m2 of land, and a separate four-story hospital clinic and professional office tower occupying 3,000 m2 of land. The center is designed on a raised platform so that all units are forward-facing and are easily visible from the highway. It will house highly branded tenants, offering the best in retail services from a cinema to a major medical clinic. With over 100 different locals to choose from, ranging from 52m2 to over 350 sq meter individual units, Galería Conchal will provide this community with a one of a kind shopping and family entertainment experience. Galería Conchal is in the process of securing a top name hospital from Costa Rica for a satellite facility, providing 24 hr emergency service, life flight capabilities and complete facilities to house up to 40 patients at a time with full diagnostic services. The developers are through the concept stage and in the process of finishing detailed construction drawings prepared for the commercial center portion of the project, which will include 8100m2 of rentable space. The four story professional office tower will include 3,390 m2 of construction area, and will be built to suit depending on the specific needs of the medical institution intended to occupy.
