Shipping & Returns Policies Shipping & DeliveryAll orders are shipped UPS ground to all U.S. territories including Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery while you are checking out of the shopping cart. Coffee is roasted upon your order’s submission. Coffee orders are shipped the same or next business day after you placed your order depending on the time that your order was placed. Costa Rica Artisan’s Gallery handcrafted wooden products are shipped individually insured via UPS. If you have ordered several items, you may receive them in separate shipments on different days. The packing list with that delivery indicates the contents of that particular shipment. Please note, for some of our bowls, carved vases, and hammock will ship separately. Because Costa Rica Artisan’s Gallery items are made to order, items may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. If you receive products that are damaged, please notify UPS immediately. Costa Rica Artisan’s Gallery collection items may be returned provided that you are not satisfied with the product or it was damaged during shipment: If you are not satisfy with the product and want to get a refund you must do the following: Send an email requesting a return authorization number (RAN) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 5-business day of receipt of the product. You must state the reason why you are not satisfied with the product. Once we e-mail you the RAN, please mail the product insured at your own expense to the address stated on the email message. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. Returned products must be unused – if applicable – and in pristine conditions – unless damaged during shipment. If your product was damaged during shipping: File a claim with the shipping company upon receipt of the product. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 5-business day of receipt of the product. You must state the claim number of the shipping company. Once we e-mail you the RAN, please ship the product insured to the address indicated on our e-mail. You are responsible for shipping charges. Returned products must be unused – if applicable – and in pristine conditions – unless damaged during shipment. Return products must be sent in the original packaging, and must include original receipt of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges.
