Rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, it took a few moments to remember that I was not in my bed in Liberia, but in a comfortable bed at Villas Tortuga. Less than a half-mile off the coast of Cabuya Beach sits a beautiful island that many visitors and locals alike are not quite brave enough to visit.
