The mellow ambiance of Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast really takes the concept of “pura vida” to another level. Some activities are better when enjoyed with a friend, and a five-hour sunset cruise with Blue Dolphin Sailing is definitely one of them. My friend Kim joined me for an afternoon of snorkeling, kayaking and libations from a catamaran hammock. I have yet to find another pursuit that is as simultaneously relaxing and exciting as sport fishing. Today, I had the pleasure of offshore fishing with Captain Chris and Captain Peter, owners of Go Fish Costa Rica.
