To find out if you need a visa to enter Costa Rica, please use the "Do You Need a Visa..." box and select the type of visa you want to apply for, then select your country of citizenship, click "Go", and your visa requirements will appear on your screen. The information in the Visa Resource Center is obtained directly from the Immigration and Naturalization Services of Costa Rica in San José, Costa Rica. Every Friday morning at 10 a.m. CST, we contact Immigration to see if there are changes on the information. If there are changes, the information is updated promptly within 24 hours. (If Friday is a Holiday, we usually contact Immigration on Thursdays.) |
