Cacao Volcano:

Location: Guanacaste National Park, Guanacaste Volcanic Mountain Range

Altitude: 1659 meters (5443 feet)

Cacao Volcano is southeast of Orosi Volcano. There are trails and horseback riding opportunities through the primary forest. A wide variety of epiphytes live in the cloud forest at the upper reaches of Cacao.
