Places to Stay in Quepos & Manuel Antonio

Quepos has several budget hostels and mid-range hotels in the downtown area. Another excellent option for families and couples is to rent a fully-furnished condotel, just five minutes from Quepos.

There are many three and four-star hotels and B&B’s along the road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Most feature their own pool and restaurant, and some have private hiking trails. Beachside cabanas and hostels can be had for as little as $7 per night during the green season, but these cheaper rooms fill up fast.

Specialty:  Quepos is a well-known destination among the gay community, and several hotels in the area cater to gay clientele. The Casa Blanca, Villa Roca and La Plantacion are exclusively gay, while Casitas Eclipse, La Mansion, La Posada and Makanda are known to be gay-friendly.
