Getting Around Atenas

Once in Atenas, a car is not necessary as visitors can walk from one end of town to the other in less than 30 minutes (not including nearby suburbs). 

Taxis are plentiful for short trips to nearby destinations. Visitors will find the official red taxi stand across from the central market.
